Il field project
Abbiamo passato l’ultimo anno ad approfondire la lunghissima ed interessantissima filiera del tessile. Ora, ci è data la possibilità di analizzare a fondo la parte che ci ha più colpito ed interessato attraverso il field project. Il field project è uno stage della durata di due mesi e mezzo, da svolgersi in un’azienda, durante il quale sviluppiamo un progetto che meglio si adatta alle nostre capacità.
Si tratta di un’esperienza estremamente formativa nella quale abbiamo sia la possibilità di “dare qualcosa” all’azienda ospite, sia di aumentare la nostra formazione.
Attualmente io mi trovo presso il finissaggio del lanificio Ermenegildo Zegna a svolgere un progetto che mira ad aumentarne l’efficienza organizzativa ed a ridurre possibili errori commessi durante le lavorazioni.
Le mie compagne si trovano presso altre aziende a sviluppare progetti altrettanto interessanti, ma saranno loro a raccontare la loro esperienza nei prossimi post!

We spent the last year exploring in deep the wonderful word of textile. Now, we have the possibility to go even further in the area that had interested us the most. This is possible thanks to the field project. The field project is a stage that we performed for 2 months and an half in a company. During this period we have the opportunity to improve our skills through the development of an extremely challenging project. It is a very formative experience in which we have the possibility to establish a bilateral cooperation with the hosting company.It is a win-win opportunity for us and for them. I am currently working at the finishing of the woollen mill Ermenegildo Zegna to a project which aim is to improve the overall efficiency of the department and to reduce the change of commit error during the manufacturing of the fabric. My colleagues are dislocated in other companies. They are carrying out project as interesting as mine,and they will tell their experience in next posts!
